New Pallets

Built to spec, new pallets are flawlessly consistent against lumber and construction variability. Produced on automatic nailing machines, their quality cannot be matched.

We can build new pallets with virgin lumber that is fresh from the log or dried from the kiln to ensure you can minimize the risk of mold.

We can build new pallets to any custom dimensions you require. New pallets are able to utilize any wood species or grades needed.
Heat Treat Pallets

We are certified to heat treat products onsite to meet all ISPM-15 compliance requirements. International delivery is never a problem with us.

We can cook our pallets to ensure there are no insect issues with our pallets. We can also cook them even longer to dry out any kind of lumber to minimize mold opportunities.

We Recycle Pallets

If your pallets are in good condition and a size that we can sell, we can pay you for your pallets. We are always looking for standard 48x40 GMA pallets. Don’t get less than what your pallets are worth any longer.

Every pallet we receive we recycle. If we can’t repair and sell the pallet, we either dismantle it for lumber or have it ground up into wood fiber material. Junk pallets can always serve a purpose.

Every pallet you recycle with us is counted, graded, and reported. The moment our team is finished sorting your load, our system automatically emails you a detailed summary of the counts and the amount we owe you. With us, you are never left in the dark.

We have been owned and operated by the Gruber family since 1986. Dale & Diane began in their garage and grew the company into a 50,000 sq. ft. operation. What started as an after-work and on-the-weekends side gig has become a staple in the Midwest pallet industry. We have always believed that who we are is more important than what we do.
